We aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and environmentally responsible, while ensuring your order arrives safely and with full tracking.

Order Processing

We endeavour to send all orders out as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details are also available on the Orders page within your Pandemonium Paradise account.

You can track your order in three ways:

Through the Orders section in your My Account page
Using the Australia Post tracking link sent to your email
Using your Order ID & email address or Tracking Number on our Order Tracking page

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates (Australia)

We offer flat rate standard shipping of $9.95 AUD Australia-wide.

Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $150 AUD.

All orders include full Australia Post tracking.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship internationally.

International shipping rates are calculated at Checkout once your shipping address is entered. You may also estimate international shipping costs on the Cart page.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on your location. Australia Post estimates international delivery between 8–25 days.

Delivery Timeframes

For Australian orders, once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your distance from our dispatch location.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

If your package has not arrived after two weeks, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number to request an update on your shipment.

Why We Don’t Offer Express Shipping

Express shipping has a significantly higher environmental impact.

Because we sell non-emergency everyday essentials, we prioritise slower, lower-impact delivery methods.

Thank you for your patience — it’s a small delay for a bigger cause.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you and will also appear in the Orders section of your Pandemonium Paradise account.

You can track your order in three ways:

Using your Order ID & email address or Tracking Number on our Order Tracking page

You can also enter your tracking number directly on the Australia Post website to monitor delivery progress.

Packaging

Your order is shipped in certified home-compostable packaging.

This includes:

compostable mailers
compostable stickers and labels
non-toxic, worm-safe adhesives

Simply cut the packaging into pieces and place it into your home compost as brown waste. It will typically break down within 90–120 days.

No plastic. Ever.

Our mailers come with a second adhesive strip making them a convenient and environmentally-friendly option for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled from your My Account page under the Orders section by clicking the Cancel button.

You may cancel:

the entire order, or
individual products within an order.

If you do not have an account, you can use our Guest form or email us at orders@pandemoniumparadise.com.au.

Please note that the cancel button is available until the order begins processing. Because we process orders quickly, we are sometimes unable to accommodate order edits once processing has begun.

If your order has already been processed, you are welcome to return the item under our 60-day Returns Policy.

Returns

We offer 60-day returns.

You may reuse the original compostable mailer, which includes a second adhesive strip designed for returns.

For exchanges, we ask that you include a paid return label (which can be emailed to us to print) or a prepaid satchel so we can ship the exchanged item back to you.
