Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchased items and never feel stuck with something that isn’t right for you. If something doesn’t work out, our returns process is designed to be simple, fair, and stress-free.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Our 60-day returns policy covers all items, including sale items (exchanges on sale items excluded).

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

Eligible items may be returned for:

  • a refund

  • store credit

  • an exchange for a different colour or size

We also provide an easy-to-use Returns Portal to make the process seamless.

How to Make a Return

To make a return, simply follow these 6 easy steps:

NOTE: The mailers we use include a double adhesive strip so they can be reused for returns (we use one strip, you use the other).
Please cut the mailer open along the line on the flap when first opening the package.

1. Log into your My Account page, go to Orders, and click the Refund or Exchange button next to the order details (visible within the 60-day returns window), then complete the form.

For exchanges, select the item(s) you wish to return and the replacement item(s) you would like instead.

If you don’t have an account, you can use our Guest Returns Form.

2. Print a shipping label with a tracking number so the parcel can be tracked. Labels can be purchased online through Australia Post.

3. Attach the shipping label to the mailer.

4. Place the item(s) you are returning inside the mailer.

5. Reseal the package using the second adhesive strip.

6. Drop the parcel into a street posting box or at your local post office.

We recommend lodging your parcel over the counter at a post office so you can receive a lodgement receipt as proof the return was shipped.

Exchanges

Change-of-mind returns include situations such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong item, or deciding you no longer want the product.

For change-of-mind returns (including size exchanges), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are requesting an exchange, please include one of the following so we can ship your replacement item back to you once your return has been received:

  • a paid return label, or

  • an Australia Post prepaid satchel

This will allow us to ship your exchanged item back to you once we receive your return.

If you prefer, you may also email a return label to us and we will print it for you.

Item Condition

To ensure returned clothing remains suitable for resale, please try items on after bathing and without fragrances.

All items must be returned:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in the same condition they were received

Please keep items away from strong scents (such as smoke) and pet hair. We really appreciate your help with this.

We reserve the right to decline returns that are not in a suitable condition for resale. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at the buyer’s cost.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 3 business days for it to be processed.

Returns paid using PayPal Pay in 4 may take additional time, as PayPal also requires processing time outside of our control.

We always endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible.

Items Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging if possible.

We may assist in lodging a claim with the delivery service provider. Depending on the situation, the delivery provider may require a formal dispute or investigation.

Please keep all packaging and documentation until the matter has been resolved.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All customers are protected under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality and match their description.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
