Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchased items and don’t wish you to be stuck with anything you don’t. That’s why we’ve made this generous returns policy.

Returns are accepted (including Sale items) within 60 days, however, Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable after processing.
You are welcome to return an item for a refund, store credit or an exchange to a different colour/size.
We have an easy to use Returns Portal to make returns seamless.
To make a return, simply follow these 6 easy steps:
NOTE: The mailers we use have a double adhesive strip, meaning they can be reused for returns (we use one strip, you use the other).
Please ensure to cut the mailer open along the line on the flap when first opening the package.
1. On your ‘My account’ page, go to Orders and click the ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ button next to the order details (visible within the 60 day returns window) and fill in the form.
If you haven’t got an account, use our Guest form.
2. Print a shipping label that also has a tracking number (so it doesn’t get lost). Labels can be printed online at Australia Post.

3. Place shipping label onto mailer.
4. Pop the item/s you are returning into the mailer.
5. Reseal using the second adhesive strip.
6. Drop it into a street posting box or Post Office and you’re done!
We recommend posting it over the counter at a post office versus a post box so that you may ask for a lodgement receipt when dropping it off as proof that the return was shipped.
For exchange orders, please include a paid returns label (you may email this to us to print) or Prepaid Satchel for us to ship your exchanged item back to you.
To ensure the returnability of clothing, please try items on after bathing and with no fragrances on. All items must be returned unworn and in the same state in which you received them. Please store them away from scents (such as smoke) and pet hair. We really appreciate it!
Please allow approximately 5 business days after we have received the item to process the return (additional time if you used Paypal’s Pay in 4 as they also need time to process their returns, and this time-frame is beyond our control). We endevour to process returns as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not suitable for resale which will be returned to you at buyers cost.
If you have received an item that has been damaged during transit, this falls under the responsibility of our delivery service provider (Australia Post). If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, then you should not accept the goods, and have the delivery personnel note the damage and provide you with a reference for further communication with the delivery service provider. We recommend that you raise a dispute with the relevant delivery service provider at your earliest opportunity.
If the damage is not evident at the time of delivery, please provide photographic evidence of the damage upon opening the packaging, and notify the delivery service provider at your earliest opportunity – they may require that you lodge a dispute, and you should follow their procedures for doing so.
Please contact us and provide us with details of the damaged goods so that we can then liaise with the delivery service provider when they contact us.
